The Seattle Monorail Project (SMP) has retained GVA Kidder Mathews to coordinate the disposition of all real estate property acquired by the agency.  This web site contains information regarding the sale process for any party interested in submitting an offer for one or more of the properties.  The SMP encourages the use of their real estate bid form or  purchase and sale agreement form, which are available via download under the Bid Procedure tab.
